Institute for Information & Communications Technology Promotion(IITP) prohibits gathering and exploiting email addresses without permission on TOPCIT website which TOPCIT Division operates and managing. Its basis of Korean law(Article 50-2 and 50-7 of ACT ON PROMOTION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK UTILIZATION AND INFORMATION PROTECTION, ETC.).

• 1. We reject gathering and exploiting TOPCIT members` email addresses without permission using technical utilities.
• 2. We reject advertisement and promotion act using gathered email addresses.

If above is violated, any civil/criminal punishment could be sentenced by the Law.
